This Position reports to:

Sales Operations Manager

In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct all activities related to the handling of parts and semi-finished or final products in the warehouse or modifications department. Each day, you will be responsible for completing modifications, inspections as per guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by performing other routine activities, like the shipping and receiving of goods according to established procedures.

The work model for the role is: On site

This role is contributing to the MONM in Central Region / Milton.

Responsibilities

  • Execute workshop orders accurately, following established processes and guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Verify bill of materials and documentation; ensure all required parts, materials, and equipment are available.
  • Complete and maintain all necessary documentation and data entry related to service and sales orders.
  • Handle shipping and receiving of goods, including documentation flow and inspection of incoming/outgoing materials.
  • Perform inventory tasks such as cycle counting, reconciliation, and pulling stock to fulfill customer orders.
  • Load and unload trucks; maintain general housekeeping in warehouse and modifications area.
  • Identify and communicate improvement opportunities; assist in resolving quality and reliability issues.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or CAEC equivalent) and 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid forklift, order picker, and reach truck licenses; experience operating counterbalance, order picker, and reach trucks.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs; basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and small power tools (SAP experience is an asset).
  • Flexible to cross-train, work overtime on short notice, and eager to learn about new products and processes.
