About The Role -
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to lead our supply chain operations and support aftersales activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to manage warehousing, purchasing, supplier relations, and internal materials flow.
You will play an important role in maintaining efficient supply chain processes while supervising team performance, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring high-quality support for internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Operations
- Oversee warehousing, inventory control, Kanban, cycle counts, and year-end activities.
- Manage demand planning and internal parts delivery.
- Handle purchasing, shipping/receiving, and material expediting.
- Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships.
- Aftersales Support & Leadership
- Support service, parts, and warranty functions.
- Manage customer follow-up, parts requests, and warranty-related documentation.
- Train team members, evaluate performance, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Enforce company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
Experience Required
- 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience.
- Industry knowledge (RV or similar) is an asset.

- Strong communication skills with managers, supervisors, and team members.
- Excellent time-management and multitasking ability.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent in English.
