JOB OVERVIEW:
Candidate will be responsible for setting up and tearing down Client events on and off site on a part time, casual ON-CALL basis that is depending on Client's demand. Some of your duties and responsibilities include setting up chairs, tents, waste bins, moving furniture, and driving to and from locations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Setting up & tearing down Canopy style tents
  • Setting up & tearing down folding tables & chairs
  • Moving picnic tables, couches and other furniture
  • Loading and unloading furniture into truck bed or onto carts
  • Setting up events indoors, as well as outdoors
  • Driving between Client event locations

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge and understanding of proper lifting, bending, and carrying techniques.
  • WHMIS Certification is an asset
  • Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel and bend
  • Ability to lift, push and pull required load (up to 50lbs)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to pass Canadian Background Check
  • Full G Drivers License
  • Clean Drivers Abstract
