We have a great opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Level 1 or Level 2 Autobody Technician to join our team at Crown Autobody and Glass North location. As an Autobody Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to assess, repair, and restore vehicle bodies to manufacturer standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in or perform removal and replacement of damaged vehicle parts
- Conduct minor to moderate body repairs (dents, scratches, panel alignment)
- Prep vehicles for painting (sanding, masking, priming)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow safety protocols and shop procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Ensure repairs meet quality standards and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Level 1 or Level 2 Autobody Technician Certification or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of autobody repair techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmissions
- Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
