Make an impact with our Marketing team as Summer Student beginning May 2026 until August 2026. Responsibilities

  • Provide support in all areas of marketing including events, sponsorships, advertising, direct marketing, digital marketing, website and social media
  • Perform administrative duties specific to the marketing team such as updating and maintaining databases and client lists and preparing materials for distribution to clients
  • Help with coordination of event marketing and marketing campaigns
  • Produce and format documents such as presentations, correspondence and standard reports
  • Gather and compile market research for planning purposes
  • Maintain marketing materials including promotional items, brochures and tradeshow equipment
  • Provide incremental administrative support to the marketing team, as needed, including maintaining schedules, calendars and meeting coordination
  • Conduct other projects and ad-hoc activities as directed
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

Skills and Experience

  • Currently in a post-secondary degree or diploma program specializing in Marketing, Management, Communications, Business, Project Management or related discipline
  • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated understanding of marketing processes and project coordination
  • Experience in a professional business environment is preferred
  • Experience in a previous marketing or professional capacity is an asset
