About Us:

Urban Customz is a dynamic retail print shop that specializes in custom clothing and canvas printing. Whether it's personalized t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, or wall art, we give our customers the freedom to create something unique. From walk-in customers to large custom orders, we're all about quality, creativity, and top-notch service.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers with selecting garments and print options
  • Guide customers through the customization process and provide creative suggestions
  • Operate and maintain printing equipment (training provided)
  • Ensure orders are accurately completed and delivered on time
  • Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, productive atmosphere

What We're Looking For:

Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills

Eye for detail and a passion for creative design

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Comfortable using digital tools or willing to learn

Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus

Experience in screen printing, heat press, or DTG printing is a huge bonus (but not required – we'll train you)

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
