Overview

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Car Wash Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, motivated, and enthusiastic about creating a positive experience for our customers. Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and professionalism are valued.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with their vehicle washing needs
  • Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to clean vehicles
  • Perform interior and exterior cleaning, including vacuuming, window washing, and surface wiping
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and supplies are organized
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly
  • Ensure all vehicles are handled with care to prevent damage during cleaning processes
  • Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others

Requirements

  • Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality vehicle cleaning
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching
