As an Instructor, a typical day might include the following:
- Arriving to the club minutes prior to the class beginning
- "Checking-in" at the front desk
- Chatting with members getting ready to participate in class (being receptive to music suggestions, being aware of clients who have injuries and require modification etc.)
- Welcoming members to your class, introducing yourself and getting them excited
- Conduct class with enthusiasm and motivation
- Remain minutes after the class to connect with members and obtain feedback
To land this role you need to have;
- Certifications or workshops relating to fitness and health
- 1+ years of experience as an Aqua instructor is advantageous and preferred.
- A recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work
- All team members must have current CPR/First Aid certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment
