Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and supporting sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be multilingual, and have a passion for helping others. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
  • Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience
  • Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant products or services based on customer needs
  • Document all interactions thoroughly for future reference and analysis

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly desirable
  • Proficiency in data entry and analysis skills to interpret customer data effectively
  • Experience in sales, upselling, or customer service roles preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
  • Multilingual capabilities to serve a broader customer base effectively
  • Strong analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$26.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
