Feather + Nest is a fast-growing, design-forward home staging company helping homeowners and real estate professionals elevate their listings with beautiful, modern staging. We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Driver/Mover to join our team on a part-time basis.

Position: Part-Time Driver/Mover

Location: Durham Region + GTA

Hours: Part-time (flexible weekday schedule; occasional weekends)

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Safely load, unload, and transport furniture and décor for staging installations and removals
  • Drive company vehicles, including cargo vans, box trucks, and a truck with trailer
  • Maneuver and park a truck/trailer combination safely in residential areas
  • Assist lead stagers with furniture placement and room setup
  • Handle items with care to prevent damage
  • Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and workspace
  • Provide professional, courteous service to clients and homeowners
  • Assist with warehouse organization, inventory movement, and preparation for staging jobs

Requirements

  • Valid G Class driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience driving a truck with a trailer (required)
  • Physically able to lift and move furniture (50–75 lbs)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Experience with moving, driving, delivery, staging, or warehouse work is an asset
  • Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
