Duties

• Perform haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences
• Consult with clients to determine desired styles and provide professional recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and work area in accordance with health standards
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure timely service delivery
• Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a loyal customer base
• Stay updated on the latest barbering techniques and trends through continuous learning

Skills

• Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to understand client needs and provide exceptional service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in grooming services
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with modern styling techniques, beard trimming, and grooming products
• Must possess valid barber license or certification as required by local regulations
