Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Suppression Technician located in Fort McMurray, AB. The Fire Suppression Technician will be responsible for the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire suppression systems and related equipment. The role involves ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing high-quality service to clients. The technician will also support life safety initiatives and prioritize customer satisfaction throughout all responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Fire Suppression Systems and Fire Extinguisher maintenance
  • Knowledge in Fire Safety and Life Safety standards and practices
  • Ability to perform Troubleshooting for fire suppression equipment and associated systems
  • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork
  • Relevant certifications or training in fire suppression systems are an asset
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client locations as required
