The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Part-Time Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of style, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering personalized service. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, an ability to build lasting customer relationships, and a passion for luxury retail.

Responsibilities

    • Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
    • Provide personalized styling advice and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
    • Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the boutique is always inviting and on-brand.
    • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new shipments.
    • Stay informed about current fashion trends, product offerings, and brand values.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
    • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

    • Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A passion for fashion and a keen sense of style.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
