Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Framer with a solid background in construction. The role focuses on building structural frameworks—primarily using steel studs—and requires both precision and physical strength. The right candidate will be comfortable working with a range of materials and tools, and capable of contributing to a collaborative, safety-focused jobsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements
  • Frame and install structures using light gauge steel studs
  • Use both hand tools and power tools to complete various framing and installation tasks
  • Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
  • Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe throughout the project
  • Follow all safety procedures and industry standards

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in steel stud framing and general construction
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans
  • Proficient with power tools, hand tools, and other construction equipment
  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting when needed
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
