What you will do:

  • Oversee and manage transactions, overall file management and client transactional matters;
  • Oversee due diligence on mergers and acquisitions, as well as the review and issuance of legal opinions specific to this field;
  • Draft and review all transactional business agreements, including documents specific to the purchase and sale of businesses, shareholders' or partners' agreements, as well as transactional documents and commercial contracts in this area;
  • Participate in the drafting and preparation of financing documents for mergers and acquisitions;
  • Supervise the drafting of share capital structures, as well as various corporate and transactional documents specific to corporate and tax reorganizations.

  • Proficiency in legal software;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English;
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize;
  • Ability to plan and manage various files;
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines;
  • Organizational skills and autonomy;
  • Sense of responsibility, speed of execution and initiative;
  • Versatility, flexibility and team spirit.
