Cook County Steakhouse is a newly opened, upscale steakhouse in Edmonton, and we are currently hiring experienced Dining Room Servers to help set the foundation of our service standards. With our patio opening later this spring, there will be opportunities for strong performers to be part of both the dining room and patio service team.

We are seeking career-minded servers with strong personalities, refined skillsets, and a commitment to excellence.

Who You Are

  • A confident, professional server who can command a section
  • Highly experienced in fine dining, upscale casual, or steakhouse environments
  • Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable upholding and enforcing high service standards
  • A team player with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver polished, attentive service in the dining room
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, steaks, cocktails, wine, and pairings
  • Guide guests through the menu with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintain pacing, table maintenance, and service flow
  • Support the team in creating a consistent, high-level guest experience

Requirements

  • Significant serving experience in elevated dining environments
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
