Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic systems and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of computer hardware, schematics, and low-voltage systems, with an emphasis on ensuring optimal performance and safety. The Electronics Technician will play a vital role in supporting our operational infrastructure through precise maintenance and technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electronic systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues using schematics and technical manuals
  • Install, test, and configure computer hardware and networking components
  • Use hand tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair electronic devices
  • Conduct inspections of low-voltage wiring and connections to ensure safety compliance
  • Assist in the installation of new electronic systems, ensuring proper integration with existing infrastructure
  • Enter repair data, case updates, and part usage into the internal system accurately and on time. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications accurately
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions for technical challenges
  • Respond to customer emails ,receive and process customer calls, providing updates and technical assistance, providing repair updates and technical support

Experience

  • Proven experience in electronics maintenance or repair roles
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and hardware components
  • Mechanical knowledge related to the assembly and disassembly of electronic devices
  • Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Hands-on experience with hand tools used in electronics work
  • Understanding of low-voltage electrical systems and safety protocols
  • Prior experience working with computer hardware and system troubleshooting is preferred
