About the Role

As a Part-Time Admissions Host, you'll be the warm welcome, the helpful guide, and the playful spark that sets the tone for every guest's visit. You'll help create lasting memories while keeping the fun flowing and ensuring every guest walks in excited — and walks out wanting to come back

You'll deliver top-tier guest service, share your attraction knowledge like a pro, and sprinkle a little magic into every interaction. If you're outgoing, upbeat, and love a lively environment, this role was made for you

What You'll Be Doing

• Bring boundless energy and enthusiasm to every guest interaction
• Create warm, memorable first impressions as the face of our attraction
• Confidently drive sales while keeping the fun alive
• Manage queue lines safely while keeping guests smiling
• Chat, connect, and brighten the day of guests from all walks of life
• Keep public areas fully stocked, clean, and ready for magical moments
• Follow opening & closing procedures like a true attraction hero
• Ensure the health, safety, and security of all guests and staff
• Stay active — standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and moving with purpose throughout the day

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
