Are you a Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills and a passion for workplace health? Workplace Medical Corp. is seeking an Occupational Health & Safety Nurse to run our Niagara Falls clinic. This role requires professionalism and independence.

What You'll Do

· Perform occupational health assessments (vision, hearing, spirometry, mask fit, drug/alcohol testing).

· Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical exams.

· Manage clinic operations independently—open/close, answer calls, schedule appointments.

· Provide professional, client-focused care and maintain accurate documentation.

What We're Looking For

· Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with CNO.

· Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; Certification in occupational health nursing is a plus but not mandatory.

· Strong organizational, leadership, and troubleshooting skills.

· Computer savvy and comfortable working independently.

· Experience booking independent medical assessments is considered an asset.

· Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures

· Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

· Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
