Job Title: Skid Steer/ Small Equipment Operator- Snow Removal Personnel

Location: Bay Ave Clairmont AB T8X5G8

Job Type: Seasonal/Part-Time

Hourly Rate: $ per hour dependant on experience

Supplemental Pay: Overtime Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Weekends as needed, Night shift, Day shift, Overtime, On-Call, 10 hour shifts

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and dependable snow removal personnel to join our team this winter season. The ideal candidates will be responsible for clearing snow from commercial and industrial lots and walkways to ensure safety and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate snow removal equipment, including skid steers, plow trucks, sanding trucks, snow blowers and shoveling walkways
• Load and haul sand from vendors for distribution
• Clear snow and ice from designated areas in a timely manner.
• Apply ice melt and other materials as needed for safety.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Work in various weather conditions and at flexible hours, including early mornings and late nights.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure efficient snow removal operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in snow removal or related outdoor labor is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work nights, days, overtime and on call as needed
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.
