OVERVIEW

Reporting directly to the Director, Program Management, the role of Associate Program Manager will be responsible for the operational success of TransPerfect ensuring seamless team collaboration and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation.

Descriptio

  • nOwn the service delivery for the client and manage risk
  • sLead specific tracks of work within larger complex project
  • sManage project execution between geographically dispersed account, production and technology teams across different time zones and culture
  • sIdentify, track and manage KPIs and provide internal and client facing status report
  • sAssist in building overall plans/budgets and subsequent adherenc
  • eForecast demand and suppl
  • yManage stakeholder communication around program status and plannin
  • gAssist in training and adoption of technologies for internal and client team
  • sManage existing client relationships and participate in on-boarding new relationship
  • sInnovate for continuous improvement in internal and client workflows/processe
  • sComplete any other tasks as assigned by a manager/superviso
