Overview
Mitel is seeking a highly skilled
Senior Writer
to join our Content Marketing team. This individual will play a key role in crafting engaging, high-impact content that supports Mitel's customer engagement, demand generation, and sales enablement objectives. As Senior Writer, you'll transform strategic direction into compelling storytelling that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline performance across our core campaigns.

You'll collaborate closely with marketing strategists, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to produce content that informs, inspires, and converts — connecting Mitel's innovations in business communications with real customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Revenue Marketing team in developing and executing the content strategy aligned to Mitel's business goals and campaign priorities.
• Write and edit content for the Mitel website, including product pages, solution stories, blogs, and customer success narratives.
• Develop storytelling-based demand generation offers and campaign assets supporting Mitel's primary go-to-market themes.
• Create and adapt content for sales enablement and training, including materials for the sales organization.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical or strategic concepts into clear, engaging narratives for enterprise audiences.
• Ensure all content maintains brand voice, consistency, and message alignment across channels.
• Contribute to editorial calendars, content reviews, and publishing workflows.
• Measure content effectiveness through engagement metrics, feedback, and performance data to continuously improve quality and impact.

Key Deliverables

• Sales enablement and training content for Mitel's field organization (including programs led by Tom Brandon).
• Story-driven demand generation offers supporting Mitel's primary campaigns.
• Website and digital content aligned to campaign launches, customer stories, and product priorities.
• Thought leadership and storytelling materials that reinforce Mitel's position as a leader in business communications.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional writing experience in content marketing, corporate communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Proven ability to craft engaging, audience-relevant stories that drive measurable marketing or sales outcomes.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across content types and tones.
• Experience creating content for B2B technology, preferably in unified communications or contact center markets.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of digital content best practices and demand generation principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related discipline.
