Have you obtained, or are you working toward your Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP), Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), or Naturopathic Doctor (ND) designations, or do you have equivalent knowledge or experience?

Location: Orillia, ON

Description of position: Natural Health Store Consultant/Holistic Nutritionist

Reports to: Customers, CCO, Retail Manager

Rate of Pay: $ $23.00 per hour – depending on experience

Start Date: Immediately

Natural Health Product Knowledge & experience is required.

Expected Availability: Must be available weekdays, evenings & weekends

Core Competencies

You are expected to have a command of each of the professional skills below:

*1+ year(s) experience in Customer Service, and/or Retail environment

*1+ year(s) with Health Food Store work experience is required

*Accreditation in Natural Health or working towards accreditation

*Problem solving and enjoy a challenge

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable and friendly demeanor

*High energy with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

*Advanced computer skills, use of multiple websites, software and applications

*Ability to work as a team and contribute to achieving the goal of superior customer service

Responsibilities

*Ability to provide exceptional customer service

*Provide product information regarding Nutritional Supplements

*Offer highest level of customer service, greet customers, process orders using a POS system

*Merchandise and maintain a neat, clean environment.

*Participate in ongoing learning, including supplier training's, webinars, and telephone training's
