Housekeeper / Home Support Specialist

Location: Private Residence — Calgary

Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, reliable, and discreet Housekeeper / Home Support Specialist to maintain a beautifully organized, warm, and well-run household. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the small things, and manages time thoughtfully and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Home Care & Cleaning

  • Full housekeeping of the home, including bedrooms, washrooms, kitchen, and living spaces
  • Daily tidy and resetting of all rooms
  • Making beds and refreshing linens
  • Laundry: washing, folding, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe care
  • Deep cleaning tasks scheduled throughout the week (rotational)

Household Maintenance

  • Light yard care (sweeping walkways, tidying outdoor areas, watering plants)
  • Window washing (interior and occasional exterior)
  • Light sewing and simple repairs when needed
  • Managing household supplies and maintaining inventory

Meal Support

  • Light meal preparation and basic cooking
  • Simple grocery prep (washing produce, organizing the fridge, assisting with weekly resets)

Household Organization

  • Decluttering, organizing, and maintaining functional systems throughout the home
  • Resetting common spaces and maintaining an orderly, welcoming environment

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional attention to detail — noticing what needs to be done without being asked
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to keep a structured daily routine
  • Reliability, professionalism, and discretion
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or home care is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 31 per week
