Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, or chat platforms, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or account details while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assist customers with order processing, data entry, and account updates using Microsoft Office tools and other computer systems.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new products and services.
  • Support clients by resolving issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary to ensure complete resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately when applicable, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
  • Demonstrate strong typing skills to facilitate quick data entry and documentation tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members in a call center environment to meet performance goals and deliver outstanding client services.
  • Analyze customer feedback and call patterns to identify opportunities for process enhancements and increased satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer support roles is a plus but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly across various channels.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good understanding of call center operations, outbound calling techniques, and phone etiquette standards.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide insightful solutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during data entry or cash handling processes.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates.
