Audi Niagara is seeking a driven and customer-focused Service Advisor to help elevate and grow our Service Department.   We are looking for a candidate who is ready to support our team through continued growth, champion positive change, and refine the overall customer experience. The ideal applicant will have a genuine passion for the automotive industry, exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous learning and success.   In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a true luxury service experience consistent with the Audi brand. This includes executing every step of the Audi Service Core Process, ensuring our guests receive a seamless, personalized, and premium level of care from arrival to delivery.
Candidates with experience in high-end or luxury automotive environments will be strongly preferred.

  Compensation (expected annual compensation): $55,000 - $80,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
