What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Advocate, you'll assist customers with their orders, provide assembly and technical support, and ensure they receive the best possible experience with our products. From resolving issues to answering detailed questions, your goal will be to make every customer interaction seamless, supportive, and memorable.
This is a hybrid role, offering a competitive base salary ($27/h - $30/h) with performance bonuses and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance:
- Respond to inbound calls and inquiries regarding order status and tracking.
- Provide guidance on assembly, electrical specifications, and installation requirements.
- Resolve customer issues related to missing, damaged, or defective parts and escalate complex cases to the appropriate technical resource.
- Order Management:
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges with a focus on customer retention.
- Place and track new orders in the inventory system and capture payment balances.
- Ensure all customer interactions and resolutions are documented for follow-up.
- Problem Solving & Support:
- Communicate delivery details clearly and help customers prepare for shipments.
- React swiftly and effectively to unexpected delivery challenges.
- Regularly gather feedback to identify service improvements and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Who You Are

Tes Missions
En tant que Conseiller Expérience Client, ton rôle sera d'accompagner nos clients : répondre à leurs questions, les aider avec leurs commandes, et leur donner un coup de main pour tout ce qui touche à l'assemblage ou aux aspects techniques de nos produits. Ton objectif ? Leur offrir une expérience tellement positive et mémorable qu'ils en parlent autour d'eux.
On propose un poste hybride avec un salaire compétitif (27$/h à 30$/h), des bonus de performance et plein d'occasions de progresser.
Ce Que Tu Vas Faire au Quotidien
- Accompagner nos clients :
- Répondre aux appels et aux questions sur le suivi et le statut des commandes.
- Donner des conseils techniques : montage, branchements électriques, installation.
- Régler les problèmes de pièces manquantes, endommagées ou défectueuses, ou diriger les demandes plus complexes vers la bonne personne.
- Gérer les commandes :
- Traiter les retours, remboursements et échanges tout en gardant les clients contents.
- Passer et suivre les commandes dans notre système d'inventaire.
- Suivre toutes les interactions pour ne rien laisser passer.
- Trouver des solutions :
- Communiquer clairement les infos de livraison et aider les clients à se préparer.
- Réagir vite et bien aux imprévus avec les livraisons.
- Collecter les retours des clients pour qu'on continue de s'améliorer.

- Tu es parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) et super à l'aise pour communiquer.
- Tu es organisé(e), attentif(ve) aux détails et débrouillard(e).
- Tu es à l'aise avec des questions techniques comme le montage ou les branchements électriques.
- Tu sais garder ton calme, trouver des solutions et rassurer les gens.
- Tu gères bien plusieurs tâches à la fois et tu es à l'aise avec la technologie.
Une expérience en gestion d'inventaire, dépannage ou service client est un plus
