We're looking for a highly motivated and energetic Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident, creative, and comfortable working with video, social media, and digital marketing to engage clients and close deals.

This isn't traditional car sales it's modern automotive sales built around communication, online leads, and real customer relationships. You'll connect with buyers through phone, and social media, helping clients in both prime and subprime situations find vehicles that fit their needs and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers through video introductions, phone calls, texts, and online messaging

Create short videos and social media content to promote inventory and attract leads

Manage hot leads from digital ads, social media, and internal CRM

Guide clients through the sales process from first contact to vehicle delivery

Collaborate with the marketing team to build custom ads and campaigns

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

Work closely with management to meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Experience & Skills

Proven experience in automotive or retail sales (dealership experience preferred but not mandatory)

Comfortable on camera and on social media

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Driven, self-motivated, and coachable thrives in a fast-paced environment

Organized and tech-savvy, familiar with CRMs and digital tools
