Who are we?
We are a family owned business who have been operating in Kelowna for over 20 years. As one of the Okanagan's premiere furniture retailers, we pride ourselves on maintaining a fun workplace culture while providing high quality furniture and home goods to our customers, as well as the highest level of customer service.
A successful candidate will be someone who is highly motivated, eager to learn, punctual, with a knack for design. Having previous sales experience is an asset, but not a necessity if you're willing to work hard, and have a natural ability to talk to people.
What is the role?
You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals. This is achieved by management training and periodical coaching based on your performance. This is a commission sales position, with no cap on the amount you can make. We want you to earn as much you can, while providing the highest level of service to your clients.
Other daily duties include keeping the store tidy, and following up with customers, keeping them up to date and in the know regarding their purchases.
