Cabinet Shop Forman

Hiebert Cabinets is a locally owned cabinet and woodworking shop known for quality work and strong values. We are looking for a practical, dependable person to help guide our shop team and keep the work running smoothly.

This is a good role for someone who has experience working with wood, understands cabinet building, and enjoys helping others do good work.

What You Will Do:

• Help organize and guide the woodworking team in the shop
• Make sure projects are built on time and meet our quality standards
• Keep track of materials needed and order supplies when required
• Work with the General Manager each day to plan the workflow
• Communicate with installers and others to keep jobs on schedule
• Train and support new workers as needed
• Help keep the shop safe and lead a short weekly safety meeting

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or building
• Good understanding of how cabinets are built from start to finish
• Someone who is organized, steady, and dependable
• Able to work well with others and give clear direction
• Comfortable managing several tasks at once
• Pays close attention to detail and quality
• CNC or Cabinet Vision experience is helpful, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
