Leamington, Ontario, Canada HIGHBURY CANCO Full time US$9,600 per year

We are seeking General Labourers to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time probationary position to be permanent after probation, with a biweekly rotating shift schedule (midnights, afternoons, and days).

Qualifications:

  • Previous or general labour experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work a full-time rotating shift schedule (midnights, afternoons, and days).
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a structured work environment.
  • Understanding of food safety procedures related to job functions.
  • Physically able to meet job demands, including: frequent standing and walking; lifting up to 50lbs; occasional bending, pushing, and pulling; performing repetitive manual tasks
  • Basic English reading and writing skills required for workplace safety and communication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and standard operating procedures.
  • Rework products as directed by the Supervisor or Lead.
  • Inspect products/cases for damage and remove defective items.
  • Maintain accurate records as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift Requirements:

  • Must be able to work full time hours and shift work: rotating biweekly shift schedule: midnights, afternoons, and days.
