Overview:

We are a fast-growing, high-energy restaurant seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dishwasher and Silverware Polisher to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards of our kitchen and dining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils according to health and safety standards.
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of dishwashing machines.
  • Hand-wash delicate items as needed.
  • Polish silverware to a spotless shine, ensuring high presentation standards.
  • Sort, stack, and store clean dishes and silverware in designated areas.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area including dish pit, sinks, and floors.
  • Assist with garbage disposal and recycling duties.
  • Support kitchen and service teams with additional cleaning and prep tasks when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nous sommes un restaurant en pleine croissance, dynamique et à rythme soutenu, à la recherche d'un(e) Plongeur(se) et Polisseur(se) d'Argenterie fiable et méticuleux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste joue un rôle essentiel dans le maintien de l'hygiène, de la propreté et de la présentation en cuisine et en salle.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Laver et désinfecter la vaisselle, les verres, les casseroles, les poêles et les ustensiles conformément aux normes d'hygiène.
  • Utiliser et entretenir correctement les machines de plonge.
  • Laver à la main les objets délicats si nécessaire.
  • Polir l'argenterie pour un rendu impeccable et soigné.
  • Trier, empiler et ranger la vaisselle et les couverts propres aux endroits désignés.
  • Maintenir une zone de travail propre, sécurisée et organisée (plonge, éviers, sols).
  • Participer à la gestion des déchets et du recyclage.
  • Apporter un soutien aux équipes de cuisine et de salle pour d'autres tâches de nettoyage ou de préparation.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience précédente dans un poste similaire est un atout, mais non obligatoire.
  • Grande attention aux détails et à la propreté.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide.
  • Esprit d'équipe, attitude positive et envie d'apprendre.
  • Flexibilité pour travailler en soirée, week-ends et jours fériés.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
