Youth Activity Leader – Entry Level (Ages 5–12 Programs)

Fun, active entry-level role with year-round growth potential. You'll lead games, activities, and group challenges for kids ages 5–12 — everything from laser tag and dodgeball to team-building and high-energy camp games.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is confident, energetic, and great with kids
  • Can lead groups, give clear instructions, and manage excited crowds
  • Isn't afraid to run, play, and get involved in rough-housing style games (safely)
  • Has a strong voice and natural leadership presence

Perfect fit for high school or college students, especially those interested in teaching, coaching, ECE, childcare, recreation, or working with youth.

Work Opportunities:

Although this role starts with our current After-School or camp programming, strong staff often stay on and work throughout the year — including Summer Camps, PA Days, Holiday Camps, Birthday Parties, our Front Desk, administrative staff, and Specialty Events. Lots of room for growth for the candidate.

We run a structured, high-energy, rewarding program — it's fun, active, and meaningful. Many of our counselors stay for years (some return every summer) because they enjoy leading, teaching, and making a real impact on kids.
