What you'll be doing

As a member of the Enhancements, Compliance and Reporting team within Identity & Access Lifecycle Services, you will play a key supporting role in the ongoing improvement and optimization of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes. You will assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to the delivery of insightful reporting that supports risk management and business objectives.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. 

How you'll succeed

• Identity and Access Governance - Knowledge of Identity and Access Management approaches and concepts, tools, techniques, roles and responsibilities in providing guidance to stakeholders within and outside own area.
• Relationship building - Facilitate coordination with business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery and resolution of issues. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication and alignment on objectives.
• Strategic Thinking: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the team's culture of accountability and continuous enhancement

Who you are

• You can demonstrate experience in Identity and Access Management processes, key controls, common risk frameworks, and information security risk management. You are well-versed in identity and access governance, administration solutions, and cloud-based access controls, with a solid grasp of infrastructure-layer access controls. You have experience in information security, identity and access management, or a related field. Familiarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Workday, or ServiceNow is an asset.
