Experienced Sales Manager – Five Roads Brewing (Langley, BC)

Five Roads Brewing is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, motivated, and relationship-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales program across the Lower Mainland and beyond. About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our wholesale presence, maintaining key accounts, and leading the development of sales strategies that support our brewery's continued growth. You'll work closely with our leadership team to meet sales targets while representing the Five Roads brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow distribution in both on-premise and off-premise channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with liquor stores, restaurants, bars, and distributors
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand Five Roads' market presence
  • Monitor sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Maintain regular account visits and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate with the production and marketing teams to align sales efforts with brewery operations
  • Represent Five Roads Brewing at events, tastings, and festivals
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for management

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the craft beer, beverage,
  • Strong knowledge of the BC liquor market and distribution system
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Passion for craft beer and the craft brewing community
