We're Hiring an Assistant Category Manager

Balpex is excited to announce that we're expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, strategic, and analytical Assistant Category Manager to join us in driving growth and shaping the future of our product categories.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to identify new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing and member services to bring category plans to life

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in category management or a related field
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
