Job Overview:

Moloo's Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) specialized in Infant Toddler care. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 12 to 36 months, fostering their development through engaging, age-appropriate educational activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a background in early childhood education, particularly with infants and toddlers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Educational Programs: Create and execute developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains.
  • Facilitate Play-based Learning: Use play, hands-on activities, and structured lessons to engage children, fostering their curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
  • Create a Positive Learning Environment: Establish a supportive and welcoming classroom that promotes children's social-emotional well-being.
  • Communicate with Parents and Colleagues: Build strong relationships through effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a cooperative learning atmosphere.
  • Track and Report Development: Keep organized records of each child's progress, providing regular updates and developmental insights to parents.
  • Collaborate with Fellow Educators: Work with other educators to share insights, best practices, and strategies for enhancing the educational experience.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for the children.

Requirements:

  • ECE certification with Infant Toddler (IT) specialization is required.
  • Experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage classroom activities.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide young learners in their developmental journey.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members.
  • Familiarity with technology tools for educational purposes is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young learners.
