We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their hair styling preferences and recommend suitable treatments and styles
  • Perform various hair services including cuts, color, styling, blowouts, and treatments
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health standards
  • Upsell retail products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals
  • Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
  • Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
  • Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures
  • Ability to upsell retail products confidently and professionally
  • Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
  • Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
