As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and uphold our commitment to quality, reliability, and outstanding customer care.

Position Overview:

The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our RV and powersports service department. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of technicians, coordinate workflow, maintain high repair standards, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service. The ideal candidate has a mix of technical knowledge, management experience, and a genuine passion for the RV and powersports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the service team, including technicians and service advisors
  • Schedule, prioritize, and oversee repair and maintenance work orders
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding diagnostics, repairs, and timelines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient service environment
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards
  • Track service department performance and implement process improvements
  • Work closely with parts and sales departments for smooth workflow coordination
  • Handle warranty claims, service records, and billing processes
  • Train and mentor staff to promote growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Service Manager or leadership role within RV, automotive, or powersports industries
  • Strong technical knowledge of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing) and/or powersports equipment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with scheduling, invoicing, and dealership management software
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and customer care

Preferred but not required:

  • Trade certification or RVTI credentials
  • Experience handling warranty processes and manufacturer relations
  • Knowledge of both RV and powersports systems and equipment
