Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest services. The condos are fast-paced.

Duties:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about local attractions and services

- Manage reservations and bookings for various amenities

- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and messages

- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests

- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area

- Additional duties not outlined.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in condos, as the sites are fast-paced and demanding
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries
  • Familiarity with front desk operations is advantageous
