We are now seeking a talented Roblox Game Developer to help us expand our digital presence and showcase the incredible work we do for our clients. You'll play a pivotal role in creating immersive Roblox experiences that elevate our brand and help engage audiences in meaningful ways.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement game mechanics and features using Lua scripting within Roblox Studio.
  • Collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to develop branded Roblox experiences that represent our ESG principles.
  • Create engaging, innovative gameplay that highlights our client's unique stories and values.
  • Ensure game optimization for performance, accessibility, and smooth user experiences.
  • Contribute to ongoing game updates and improvements that align with Urban Sphere's brand and vision.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends and developments within the Roblox platform to keep our experiences fresh and innovative.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Roblox Studio and Lua scripting.
  • Ability to translate complex brand narratives into interactive, engaging experiences.
  • Familiarity with Roblox APIs such as DataStores, TweenService, and RemoteEvents.
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, player engagement, and user experience design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with 3D modeling or animation software.
  • Knowledge of multiplayer game development and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Roblox's monetization features (in-game purchases, currency systems, etc.).
  • A passion for sustainability and creating experiences that align with our ESG principles.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous Roblox projects or interactive digital experiences.
