Our services include interior and exterior plant displays, flowers, replica foliage, holiday decor, ambient scenting, and stunning wall art for commercial spaces.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain plants by watering, pruning, and fertilizing as needed; trim and remove debris from planters; accurately measure soil moisture with a probe.
  • Safely drive a service vehicle in urban and rural settings to visit customer sites on a regular basis according to the established route plan.
  • Maintain appropriate light conditions and orientation for all plants.
  • E nsure display containers are clean and free of dust and debris.
  • P revent damage to surrounding floors, walls, carpet, furniture, etc. from water and/or moisture.
  • Maintain air purification equipment as necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Recognize and communicate additional product needs to grow the business.
  • Assist with installations including interior or exterior container gardens, wall-mounted systems, commercial plantscapes, and more.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience caring for plants is preferred.
  • Good driving record and ability to drive a van / truck.
  • Able to safely climb ladders and work on ladders.
  • Experience using pruners, scissors, and other sharp objects.
