Purpose:

The Client Services Representative is responsible for providing customer service and clerical support.

1. Ability to communicate with others to explain and share information.2. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.3. Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook or PowerPoint.5. Ability to learn and use a variety of computer applications.
