Role Description

This full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role is located in Richmond, BC, where you will work closely with clients to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans. Your responsibilities include administering therapeutic techniques, guiding rehabilitation exercises, and monitoring progress to promote recovery and improve mobility. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes. You will also educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and personalized wellness regimens.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and therapeutic modalities
  • Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills for various physical conditions
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting overall well-being
  • Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution and valid licensure to practice in BC
  • Experience with handling ICBC, WorksafeBC, or other insurance claims is a plus
  • Dedication to continuing education and staying updated on best practices in physiotherapy
