Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and outstanding customer service skills to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of aesthetic services including facials, Laser Hair Removal.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
• Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Perform product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits.
• Assist with retail sales by upselling products that complement the services provided.
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and processing payments.
• Foster a positive guest experience through excellent communication skills and hospitality.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments and techniques to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in the beauty industry.
• Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in various aesthetic services such as body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
