Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Franchise/Licensing Expert. The responsibilities include managing licensing processes, conducting research to identify franchise opportunities, and assisting with analytical evaluations. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders, providing excellent customer service support, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities and licensing agreements
  • Expertise in Licensing and Franchise processes
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and client relationship management
  • Experience in conducting detailed research and market analysis
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
  • Familiarity with franchise models and related legal requirements is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
