About us:
Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.
Position Overview:
We're actively searching for an experienced, dedicated, and dependable Food and Beverage Manager to join the dynamic and growing team on our gaming floor. The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and providing direct management to team members while ensuring optimal quality of experience is delivered to all of our guests. They ensure guest satisfaction, positive leadership, training, interaction and apply corrective measures when necessary. They mentor the team in adhering to the policies and procedures of the establishment and motivate the team to achieve the highest standard of performance while creating an environment that nurtures our company vision, mission and values.
Compensation: Base salary $58K + tip share & 10% performance bonus

Ensure that all direct reports adhere to the established workflows, procedures and processesComplete checkpoints on each shift, provide corrective measures when needed and report accuratelyHave a thorough knowledge of the Point of Sales and Beverage control systems. Perform related tasks such as cash outs, end-of-day procedures, troubleshooting, and service callsRemain current with the content of departmental resource centers for reporting departments, ensuring that you are able to direct, uphold and clearly communicate the content to team membersResponsible for ensuring that sales objectives are met and providing continued coaching to staff in maximizing revenue per guestEnsure that the organization's initiatives, as communicated to you by the F&B General Manager, are communicated clearly and effectively to all direct reports, whether through line-ups, training, information sessions or the likeProvide feedback on staffing needs, manage the day-to-day staffing requirements and allocations in line with business needs and the department's budgetHave a thorough understanding of our organization's General Policies, communicate them clearly to direct reports and ensure their adherence in day-to-day mattersMaintain continuous guest interactions and provide feedback on guest experiencesManage guest complaints and concerns and ensure total guest satisfaction at all timesQualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of management experience within a full-service restaurantDemonstrated ability to drive revenue, without sacrificing the team and customer experiencesHighly organized, responsible and reliableAbility to delegate, follow up and drive accountabilityAbility to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationshipsConfident in trainingExcellent understanding of customer service and the drive for satisfactionDemonstrates a passion for the food and beverage industry and knowledge of current trendsHigh proficiency in the English and French languages with excellent communication skills, written and spokenJoin our team and become a vital part of an exceptional journey. Nous sommes activement à la recherche d'un Gérant de la restauration expérimenté, dévoué et fiable pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et en pleine croissance sur le plancher de jeu. Le gérant de la restauration est chargé de superviser les opérations quotidiennes et d'assurer la gestion directe des membres de l'équipe tout en veillant à ce que tous nos clients bénéficient d'une expérience de qualité optimale. Il veille à la satisfaction des clients, à un leadership positif, à la formation, à l'interaction et à l'application de mesures correctives si nécessaire. Il encadre l'équipe dans le respect des politiques et des procédures de l'établissement et la motive à atteindre le plus haut niveau de performance tout en créant un environnement qui nourrit la vision, la mission et les valeurs de l'entreprise.
Rémunération: Salaire de base : $ + partage des pourboires et prime de performance de 10 %
