Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Assistant to join our Saskatoon office.

The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to clients, help maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology and eager to develop hands-on experience in IT support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests via email, phone, or remote tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist with system installations, updates, and security checks
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset tracking
  • Support senior technicians in larger projects and network tasks

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and networking
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous IT support or helpdesk experience is an asset

Benefits
