WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Full Stack Developers to join our team and contribute to our AI transformation strategy. You will play a key role in developing and deploying AI-powered solutions by leveraging your full-stack development skills and passion for artificial intelligence. This position is ideal for junior developers with a strong interest in AI, who are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work 100% on AI-related projects as part of the company's AI transformation strategy.
  • Develop and maintain scalable applications across various stacks, including Java, .NET, Python, and React.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features and solutions.
  • Assist in integrating AI frameworks and tools into existing systems.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices in software development.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify innovative ways to leverage AI in solving business challenges.
  • Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

Nice to Have Technical Skills:

  • Experience with LangChain or similar AI frameworks (a strong asset but not required).
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools.
  • Proficiency in working with APIs and data pipelines.

Who You Are:

  • A recent graduate or junior developer with 1–2 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to apply it in real-world projects.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of programming languages and frameworks (Java, .NET, Python, React).
  • A proactive learner who thrives in a collaborative team setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
