We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Agent/Clark to join our team at Best Western Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of the Reservations department, you will be responsible for managing room reservations and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Process room reservations accurately and efficiently
  • Provide guests with information on room availability, rates, and hotel amenities
  • Assist guests with special requests and preferences
  • Maintain accurate records of all reservations and guest interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
